Rules & Regulations

1. The Card is not a credit card. It is intended only as a method of rewarding your patronage. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

2. No purchase is necessary to obtain a Card. Simply visit one of our establishments (Sashas, O’Malleys, Zapatas Shanghai or Zapatas Suzhou), complete the enrollment form and give it to any manager or cashier.

3. Theme Pub Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Entertainment Rewards Program and/ or card , to change, add, or delete points and premiums and to alter, limit, modify or add to the rules, terms and conditions; including, but not limited to, imposing time limits and changes in point values and premiums, all without prior notice, at any time.

4. Any Entertainment Reward Card account without activity for six (6) months will be terminated.
