Frequently Asked Questions
1) What happens if I am leaving Shanghai/Suzhou and would
like to cancel my membership?
- If you are leaving or canceling your card you can opt to
cash out of the program at anytime but any credits earned
will be reimbursed in a voucher that can be redeemed at any
one of our venues.
2) What happens if I cannot make it to the cash back party?
Every 3 months a payout party will be hosted at one of our
venues. Should you be unable to attend the event we will hold
onto your payout and you will be informed where collection
can be made Should collection not be made within 3 weeks of
the party, the cash will be converted into a voucher that
can redeemed at any of our venues. This voucher will be mailed
to you.
3) How do I know if all my visits are tracked?
After every visit to one of our venues you should receive
an email within 6 hours of you leaving our venue. If no email
is received, please email admin@entertainment-rewards-program.com.
Every month a statement will also be emailed to you with regards
to dates of visits recorded and the number of credits earned.
You are encouraged to keep your receipts to make tracking
easier.
4) What happens if I change address or company?
In order to ensure our database is kept up to date please
email through any changes in your residential or
business details to admin@entertainment-rewards-program.com.
5) What happens if I join in the middle of the Cash Back
Calculation period?
Should you not reach the targets because you have joined late
in the current calculation period we will carry over your
spending quantities to the following calculation period. Calculation
periods are from 1st Jan 31st March, 1st April
30th June, 1st July 31st August and1st September
31st December.
